"Passato, Presente e Futuro"

Type: Sweet Table Wine.

Grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcohol: 16% vol.

Colour: golden yellow with amber highlights.

Bouquet: intense and persistent with hints of figs dried apricots and honey.

Taste: harmonious, persistent with excellent harmony and softness.

Serve with: excellent with cakes and biscuits.

HOW TO SERVING: sweet wine should always be served fresh, 12° is the ideal temperature. For this reason, it is good to keep in the refrigerator.

HOW TO GET IN A SHORT TIME 12°: the bottle kept in a room does not warm you can insert into the ice for 5/10 minutes. If you want to spend less time, add the salt into the boulle ice, then serve.

SWEET WINES are almost always classified among wines "special", the winemaking process is the same used for wines "normal". The peculiarity is that, grapes, before being vinified, are subjected for a period of time to withering, to a reduction or elimination of the water present in the cluster.
