estate owner's house at the foot of the hill on which the charming, artistic,
town of Cortona sits, a historic and architectural jewel which is certainly
worth a visit. Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large
farm, however, recent restoration has transformed it into a charming holiday
house. The haybarns that sit close to the house are signs of its rural
origins. Because of their separate entrance from the villa they are still
used to store farm machinery and as a warehouse for the farm which is run by
the owner. In front of the house there is a pine wood equipped with garden
furniture while at the back there is a large garden with a 6 x 12m swimming
pool (depth 1,20-1,40m). The comfortable furnishings in the house have been
carefully chosen.During your holiday you can taste our Wine.

with shower. It is possible to add another bed to one of the bedrooms.
